Student Mental Health & Counseling has a thriving group therapy program with more than 18 groups running each semester.
We consider group therapy to be an effective and powerful form of treatment, and we offer support groups, interpersonal groups, and skills-based groups that range from grief, to eating concerns, to healing from family challenges, and more.
